ADVANCED REQUESTS

Submitting an advanced request form is a great way to let us know what special events or orders you have coming up and what flowers, foliage, colors and textures will help bring it all together.

We then connect with our farmers on your behalf so they can set aside the best of their best for you and your special event.

Steps for Advanced Requests

#1 Send us an email

EMAIL US with as many of the following details as you have for your event/date:

  1. Best date to receive your order

  2. Your event date

  3. Your event’s color palette

  4. Specific requests (focal, accent, filler flowers and foliages)

  5. Links or attachments to inspo boards and photos

We will confirm your request with a follow up email

#2 We check with our farmers and follow up on your order

We will gather up all of the info you have included in your Advanced Request email and connect with our growers on your behalf to see what may be possible to fulfill.

We will then reach out to you ~1-2 weeks before your fulfillment date and let you know what items will likely be available for the following week’s ordering period, what is less likely to be available and what substitutions we can recommend for any items that will not be available.

#3 We place your order

We help place your order via the Rooted platform on the Wednesday the week before your fulfillment date, ahead of the shop going live at 3pm, and by that point you will have a confirmed order for the following week.

You may also get early ordering access that Wednesday morning, to be able to shop our list of the 3pm weekly launch
